Crossing the pond

It started off so well? Glassy seas, sun, light breeze… I was thinking I could have taken my little rowing boat and completed another item on my bucket list. 

Actually no. Let’s stay on the ship and increase my chances of living. 


The Atlantic very kindly threw her toys out the pram a bit last night which left me clinging onto my mattress and listening to random objects in my room tumbling off shelves and rolling around the floor…


The officers mess was more of an extension of people’s cabins with lots of yawning, red eyes and coffee orders…

… and trying to complete a yoga session on deck 9 with the waves crashing into the windows… Really works your core…


1 more day… and we hit a port… late… but it’ll be welcome land…
